Why a vacuum isn't enough
A vacuum only lifts what's sitting on top. Dirt, sand, spilled drinks and food get pushed deep into the carpet pile and the underlay, where they hold smells and attract more dirt. Hot water extraction flushes the carpet and pulls the dirty water straight back out, taking the grime with it.
Stains we deal with
Mud, red dirt, coffee, soft drink, food, vomit and pet accidents are the most common. Most come out completely. Some old dye or bleach marks can only be lightened, and we'll tell you before we start.

How long until the carpets are dry?
Usually a few hours. Leaving the windows slightly down speeds it up.
Can you remove the smell as well?
Yes. Extraction removes the source, then we treat the area so the smell doesn't come back.
